Welcome To 911Lifeline, A National Membership Association Serving
The 9-1-1
Telecommunicator
911Lifeline
is the voice and face of the dedicated men and woman who
work tirelessly to ensure the safety of the public, and
those who serve and protect them. These
typically anonymous and under appreciated professionals
are the first to respond to every emergency and call for
help. They are in every sense the nation's lifeline.
Media Advisory Panel
911Lifeline offers several unique
resources so that the media can take advantage of the
vast knowledgebase of our members. We provide:
Interviews with 9-1-1 professionals ranging from
trainees to PSAP directors.
Background for 9-1-1 related stories.
Commentary on 9-1-1 and public safety issues.
Consultation for projects and features.
Contribution of original content for publication.
Special Programs
The
Telecommunicator Assistance Program is
designed to help 9-1-1 telecommunicators and
their families struggling with a serious crisis.
There are many ways that we can get
involved. Our response is customized for each
situation.
The LODD Condolence Program
writes letters of support and condolence to
agencies that have lost an officer, firefighter,
or an EMS member in a Line of Duty Death (LODD).
It is comforting to a grieving agency to know
that their extended public safety family cares,
and is with them in spirit.
